CODE
Inc. recently delivered a fully supported multi-biometric
voter registration solution to the electoral authority
in Kenya.The company provided the hardware, software, tools
and support to register voters & issue ID cards, compile
& process the data, and generate an accurate updated
registry in advance of the August referendum.The EVR program
was widely hailed as a success, and contributed to peaceful
polling and the credibility of the results.

CODE Inc.'s Electronic Voter
Registration Solution was used to register and issue photo ID
cards to nearly 1.5 million voters at 1600 locations across Kenya.
Voter records were created, stored and transmitted by registrars
to the national data center for multi-biometric matching and further
processing.
Electoral Commission staff used
the CODE Inc. adjudication module to make rulings on suspected
duplicates, resulting in the publication of a clean voter registry
prepared in accordance with legal and administrative requirements.

From initial needs assessment through to final publication of
