Gambia, 2011
CODE Incorporated recently completed another
successful multi-biometric voter registration. This time
in the Gambia where CODE Inc. provided the hardware, the
software, and the support that ultimately allowed the IEC
in Gambia to register close to 1.2 million voters. This
was done using CODE Incorporated’s largely successfully
mobile registration unit which included facial recognition
and fingerprint scans. ID cards were produced on site and
the registration which ran from May 2nd to June 17th 2011
was completed in a very timely and secure manner which both
the IEC of Gambia and CODE Incorporated can be proud of.
CODE Incorporated has also begun work on the biometric matching
for the nearly 1.2 million Gambia voters who registered
with the CODE Inc. EVR system.

Kenya, 2010
CODE Inc. delivered a fully supported multi-biometric
voter registration solution to the electoral authority in Kenya.
The company provided the hardware, software, tools and support
to register voters & issue ID cards, compile & process
the data, and generate an accurate updated registry in advance
of the August referendum.The EVR program was widely hailed as
a success, and contributed to peaceful polling and the credibility
of the results.

Haiti, 2009
CODE Inc. was contacted by the office of the
UNDP in Port au-Prince to deliver polling and electoral materials
(consisting of 24 separate items) for 12,000 polling centres.
20 days after we submitted our offer, goods from around the world
were consolidated in our assembly facility in Mexico and flown
to Haiti on two 747-400 freighters.
Over 400 pallets weighing more than 61 metric
tons in total were delivered to the MINUSTAH-UNDP/CEP. Staff from
these entities were all present on the tarmac of the Port-au -Prince
Toussaint Louverture International Airport to oversee the arrival
of the supplies and to ensure swift reception and prompt delivery
to local UN/CEP warehouses in preparation for distribution throughout
the country..
Iraq , 2009
CODE Inc. was contracted to supply kits, indelible
ink and stamps for the provincial elections in Iraq. We successfully
delivered 11,000 training kits, 7,000 polling centre kits, 44,000
polling station kits, 84,000 bottles of indelible ink, and 42,000
custom stamps.
Bangladesh, 2008
CODE Inc. was contracted by the United Nations
to supply 240,000 ballot boxes and 4.8 million sequentially numbered
security seals to the UNDP in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The company worked
closely with Kuehne + Nagel, the UN appointed freight forwarder,
to ship 79 x 40 foot containers in a coordinated manner. Over
the course of 3 months, CODE Inc. worked with its European partners
to ensure the timely delivery of the materials according to the
terms of the contract with the United Nations.
